Ingredients:
- Half a cup milk (or unsweetened vanilla almond milk)
- Half a cup fat free Greek yogurt
- Half a cup uncooked, old-fashioned rolled oats
- 1 ripe banana, mashed
- Half a cup, blueberries (fresh or frozen)
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds (optional)
- 1 tablespoon vanilla protein powder (optional)
- 2 tablespoon chopped walnuts (optional)
Method:
- If using fresh blueberries set aside.
- Set aside the chopped walnuts.
- Combine the remaining ingredients in a bowl. Stir well. Top with the frozen blueberries, if using froze blueberries.
