Ingredients:

  • Half a cup milk (or unsweetened vanilla almond milk)
  • Half a cup fat free Greek yogurt
  • Half a cup uncooked, old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1 ripe banana, mashed
  • Half a cup, blueberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla protein powder (optional)
  • 2 tablespoon chopped walnuts (optional)

Method:

  • If using fresh blueberries set aside.
  • Set aside the chopped walnuts.
  • Combine the remaining ingredients in a bowl. Stir well. Top with the frozen blueberries, if using froze blueberries.
  • Then cover, refrigerate for 5 hours or overnight.
  • Serve topped with fresh blueberries and walnuts.
