Ingredients:
- 1.5 cups frozen berry mix (or if using fresh berries, add a couple of ice cubes ) I use blueberries, blackberries, and strawberries
- 1.5 cups unsweetened coconut water
- 1 ripe banana
- Optional: a scoop of collagen
Method:
Add ingredients to blender. Blend until smooth and enjoy!
