Ingredients
- 3 cups Corn (fresh, frozen or canned)
- 1/4 cup Cilantro, chopped
- 1/2 cup red onion, diced
- 1 jalapeno, de-seeded and diced
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1/4 cup diced red bell pepper (optional for extra sweetness and color)
Directions:
- Chop the red onion, cilantro, jalapeno and poblano pepper.
