Ingredients:

Method

  • 1 cup chopped raw beetroot (peel and chop)
  • 2 cups water or coconut water
  • 1 large piece ginger cleaned (about 1 tablespoon if peeling and chopping)
  • 1 large navel orange
  • 1 cup frozen/fresh blueberries
  • 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 scoop keratin powder
  • 1 scoop collagen powder

Combine all ingredients in  a blender. Blend and serve cold!!
